Completing the Pump:Pump is supplied complete with stainless hardware but without the inlet fitting. The fitting needs to be ordered according to the size of the lower radiator hose. (Rubber hose and AN sizes available). It is also suggested that a matching outlet hose be used. The MOPAR style outlet is WN0029_ and then the proper hose fitting common sizes part number WN0032_ would be the 1 ½ inch hose.Inlet Configurations: All MOPAR pump bodies are ported on both the driver and passenger sides. The lower radiator hose can come from either side. A plug is supplied to block the side not being used. The inlet adapters available are; 1¼, 1½, 1¾, #12AN, #16AN, and #20AN. Technical Specifications:Big Block MOPAR Temp Sender Provision: The upper passage of the BBM body is tapped 3/8 NPT to accept either a mechanical or an electric sender. See diagram for location.Electrical Information:Under normal use the pump will draw 6-7 amps.16 volt systems: When purchasing a pump for a 16 volt system we recommend the 18 volt optional motor on our pump. The 12 volt pump will work for limited 16V use applications. 1" NPT inlet required
Back Plate:The back plate for the small block MOPAR pumps are sold separately. When using a cam belt drive or a full front motor plate these components block the center chamber of the timing cover and the back plate may be omitted. Meziere Small Block MOPAR pumps are compatible with the Webber belt drive system.Completing the Pump:All MOPAR pump bodies are ported on both sides. The lower radiator hose can come from either side. It will allow you to install your pump with the added security of a relay in your circuit. It comes to you with an high quality Bosch relay, connectors and wire leads to accommodate most passenger car applications.
