All orders in the in continental United States will
be received within 1 to 7 business days, exceptions applied. Orders placed by 2:00pm
Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. Orders received after that time will
be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be
shipped the following business day.
All orders will be shipped UPS ground service.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE/CANCELLED ORDERS
No merchandise may be returned for any
reason without, prior permission from JD's. All returned merchandise must have a return
authorization number assigned from JD's. This number should be placed in large letters
outside any box being returned. A 15% charge will be deducted on all returned merchandise
and canceled orders. This charge may be waived in the case of an
exchange. No returns accepted after 30 days of purchase
date.
WARNING
Some of the products offered by JD's have
been designed for off road/racing applications only. These products are not legal for use
in the state of California on any pollution/control motor vehicle. These performance
products are legal in California only on a racing vehicle which, may never be used or
driven on a public highway.
